Payment
The payment has to be done online on the website www.telebuddy.ch… please fill in the correct delivery address to avoid any wrong deliveries… there will be an email confirmation as well as delivery information for your plates.
Die Platte kann nur online über die Webseite www.telebuddy.ch gekauft werden… bitte die genaue Lieferadresse angeben, damit Falschlieferungen vermieden werden… die Bezahlung wir per email bestätigt mit Angabe eines Liefertermins.
Shipping
The shipping mode is by national/international post economy services, except you are asking for another mode/service. Please consider the import expenses of your country, i.e. you will have to pay your VAT taxes on the total amount of the package.
In der Schweiz werden die Platten per Post economy versendet und es kommt noch die Mehrwertsteuer dazu. Der Export nach Europa oder Übersee ist mehrwertsteuerfrei, beim Import wird aber die landesübliche Mehrwertsteuer erhoben.
Warranty
We have no warranty on the telemark booster base plate, nor on the screws or the mounting of them on your skis… it is a simple product and you can not do many things wrong is one reason, another one is that you or somebody else is mounting it with your knowledge and technical skills… as a telemarker you probably do it your self anyways or you have your buddy doing it or then the experts in the shops… the plate and its fixation has been tested three winters only on big Völkl Skis Shiro and Kuro with the hardest binding on the market, the bishop bomber… nothing broke, nothing twisted, nothing teared out… needs no warranty
Es gibt keine Garantie auf die Telemark Booster Base Plate oder auf deren Befestigungsschrauben oder die Montage derselbigen auf den Skis… es ist ein einfaches Produkt mit Qualitätsschrauben und es kann nicht viel falsch gemacht werden… die Montage auf den Skis machen viele Telemarker selber und haben deshalb das nötige knowhow, ansonsten geht ihr am besten zu eurem Spezialisten… was ich euch sagen kann: die Platten werden schon seit 2011 mit Bomber Bishop Bindungen und grossen Skis von Völkl (Kuro 195, Shiro 193) gefahren und es hat alles gehalten, nichts gebrochen, nichts verdreht, nichts ausgerissen…
